I would like to register my comments regarding CFS26373, the areas adjacent to Pavement Land and Springfield Road, currently submitted for planning consideration.
This precious area of green belt, part of a buffer between Mobberley and Knutsford, helps maintain the rural character of our village and to lose them to another housing development would be a disaster.
Previous applications have been rejected due to insufficient village infrastructure and the pressure on schools, roads and safety.
The fields also contain well-established hedgerows and trees, providing invaluable habitat for a number of threatened wildlife species.
