Last winter the field behind my back garden was flooded badly, & as I am the lowest point on the street it began to drain through my garden towards my house. The field behind me is used for farming purposes & should not be built on . There are plenty empty homes in Macclesfield that can come into use. My recent visit to Macclesfield hospital points to no consideration of the effects of just building houses without providing the facilities first.
