Our corner of Cheshire East is unique, not just because of its rural beauty and historic farmland but also because its sits on County borders. In Cheshire East and immediately across the borders multiple housing applications are now in place – the sheer number of the combined applications is a material factor in the Councils consideration of where houses should be built in future years.

The Council has a legal obligation to consider the number of houses already earmarked to be built, including those close by
