Local plan scoping consultation

Good evening,

I am writing to register my comments on the proposed Cheshire East local plan, specifically the sites proposed around Disley.
There are a number of current infrastructure challenges in Disley which would be hugely compounded by the introduction of more housing. In the plan I would like to understand what actions would be taken to ensure:
That the concerns around emissions are monitored and addressed, specifically on Buxton old road and the A6 which have both seen an increase in traffic since completion of the A555.
The access to an NHS doctor and dentist locally as both of these services are already difficult to access for Disley residents.
That primary school capacity can cope with new residents without having other Disley residents having their places rejected as we saw with the large Watersedge estate.
That traffic does not increase and cause standstill traffic outside the homes of current residents (already very congested especially during school term time).

In addition to these current concerns which may increase there are also a number of aspects I would like to understand in the plan regarding the large area behind Elizabeth avenue / Goyt road, including:
How will the stream that runs through the proposed site be managed and what steps will be taken to ensure there is no flood risk?
Where will access be created and what will this mean for local and narrow roads as well as resident parking?
What steps will be taken to ensure local wildlife is not disrupted eg. Foxes and badgers?
How will the quarry which is currently walled off be made safe if it were to be surrounded by family housing?
Will the public footpaths be maintained?
How will resident disruption be managed on what I imagine would be a long term project?

And finally how do these plans integrate with the proposed pipeline plans which appear to be very close to this site

Any insight to these issues would be much appreciated
