The Parish Council understands the need for housing and over the past 6 years developments there has been 7 new developments in HW&SB. Once they are completed and if any new developments under planning considerations, within these considerations new doctors and NHS dentist to be outlined, also the Congleton war memorial Hospital upgrade and given extra services e.g. A&E etc. school upgrades to buildings to allow the extra influx of children including SEND facilities. A modern health centre to include HNS Dentists. Transport links e.g. extra bus routes to link to the town and beyond.
