ashley is small rural village on the edge of trafford a large urban area -
we have 100 dwellings of which 40 were built in 1950s by the council
at present 12-13 are unoccupied some owned by hs2 others tatton estate air-bnb/ etc
we have lived under threat of hs2 since 2012 / now npr is rearing its head
there is a limited train service to very small station - roads are used as rat runs
electricity and water supplies are struggling already and waste water system relies on tanker's to cope -
ashley is a community not a commodity
