Objection to Land East of Byrons Lane Site Submission (Coordinates: 53.246932, -2.117594)As a neighboring resident, I strongly oppose allocating this site for residential use due to critical infrastructural and environmental constraints.The junction of Byrons Lane and London Road (A523) experiences severe daily traffic queues. Because of the immediate proximity to the railway line, physical road widening or structural junction upgrades are impossible.Furthermore, during high rainfall, adjacent gardens experience localized surface water flooding that is worsening with climate change. Building over these green fields will eliminate vital natural soakaways, accelerate surface water runoff, and severely increase flood risks
