Representation Summary:
The infrastructure school and health services are already at capacity or over capacity as it is. Unless there is a large increase in those capacities then there is no scope for further house building in and around Alsager. Traffic is already a problem in Alsager especially around the schools at peak times.
Is there really any justification for the using of prime agricultural land such as around Manor farm for more housing?
