I would like to object to the allocation of land between the railway and Smith Lane for housing development. It would result in the loss of green belt land. The site is next to the railway and under the flight path so would be affected by significant noise. Local services including the daily school bus to Knutsford Academy are already oversubscribed. Existing developed land should be preferred over this site.
