I strongly object to the proposed development of ED37. It would contribute to urban sprawl and the unnecessary loss of open countryside, further eroding the natural environment and diminishing local wildlife. Bats are regularly seen circulating and potentially roosting in the area, while ancient oak trees provide important habitat, including an owl box. Development would also create significant noise pollution during construction and permanently increase traffic and congestion. infrastructure already under pressure, particularly roads healthcare services, with GP and doctors’ appointments increasingly difficult to obtain. The cumulative impact on wildlife, residents, infrastructure and local character must be fully considered.

I object to the proposed allocation of CFS26373 housing development. Building on this land would extend urbanisation into the countryside, permanently removing open space and further eroding the natural environment. The area supports a variety of wildlife, including regularly observed bats woodpeckers, oak trees provide valuable habitat contain owl box, bat roost, established habitats should be properly surveyed ,protected before any development is considered. Construction would also create prolonged noise and bring increased traffic and congestion. Local infrastructure already under pressure, particularly roads healthcare services, GP and doctors appointments increasingly difficult to obtain. The cumulative impact must be fully considered.
