We are very anxious to preserve the character of Mobberley and oppose any building of houses on the land between Ryecroft Road,and Pavement Lane (ref CFS26373). We are concerned for the strain on local amenities and resources, the fact that these fields are used by residents, particularly dog walkers. There are ancient trees surrounding the fields and this all adds to the picturesque views that Mobberley Village embodies. Mobberley residents (60 years in my wife's case) chose to live in Mobberley for these very reasons and do not want a preponderance of houses and roads to replace the fields.
