Local plan scoping consultation

I cannot condone any form of development of housing in areas deemed as "green belt" because the issue is deeper than a label. The land used predominantly for the majority of local development has been overtaken irrespective of post code, the actual purpose be it farming open spaces or areas of natural beauty or vista or natural habitat for flora and fauna the land surrounding myself as a local resident has been abused by local authorities. Macclesfield has areas and land which are so deprived of any attention from the local government and yet these spaces are never questioned nor supported for any form of up keep or maintenance.
