Me and my family are deeply concerned about the plans to build more housing in Sandbach. This will have a serious affect on the countryside as well as local services ie schools, doctors, traffic control, parks, noise pollution, overcrowding, health and wellbeing, play spaces and street congestion. Instead of increased housing, the council should concentrate on existing issues such as: damaged footpaths, potholes on the roads, kerb cleaning and car park spaces which are sorely lacking. Furthermore, the railway bridge in Elworth is an eyesore in serious need of repair and restoration.
