Local plan scoping consultation

This 291.03-hectare proposal (spanning 12 adjoining sites) fails to comply with virtually every major planning constraint metric.
It contradicts the local spatial strategy, fails national Green Belt tests, relies on inadequate transport and utility infrastructure, destroys high-grade agricultural land, and causes severe harm to protected historic and natural landscapes.
The introduction of many new houses and their road schemes/users into the local road system will increase the danger to me from car users and adversely impact my ability to gainfully enjoy the countryside, clean air and relatively quiet roads as I regularly Cycle from Hale, through Ashley, onto Mobberley and Knutsford, through Tatton Park and back along the Tatton mile into Ashley again and home. In addition, many Cycle Clubs and other individuals use the same or similar routes through these road systems. Given that the Government are committed to get individuals to exercise,, through Cycling, interfering with our ability to do this will have a detrimental impact on both our future health, mental wellbeing and potentially exacerbating the current Obesity disease.

For these reasons I formally request that Cheshire East Council classify all 12 submissions within this 291.03 hectare site as Unsuitable, Unavailable, and Undeliverable in the SHELAA assessment and exclude them from all future Local Plan allocations.

I also formally request to be included in all electronic communication, by Email, regarding the proposal and in particular sufficient prior notification of the Gates 1, 2 & 3 with an invitation such that I can participate in the meeting.
