Some of the provisional sites identified ( i.e. land off Elm Tree Lane / Middlewich Road ) if taken forward would essentially connect Sandbach and Middlewich town councils creating urban sprawl.
Consideration should be given to the agricultural grade of land on proposed sites so as not to erode the agricultural heritage of Sandbach.
Traffic congestion and accessibility needs full consideration given the traffic congestion currently experienced within Sandbach at peak times.
