Land off Ryecroft Lane MB08
I strongly object to building on this land as it will be swallowed into the Knutsford settlement thus destroying the individuality of the village. This piece of land makes a natural division between the two settlements.
The extra traffic would make the exit onto Knutsford Rd more dangerous.
The school is already oversubscribed.
The medical services are also fully utilised.
