The priority must be to first and foremost to build new homes on brownfield sites. Ashley is a rural village in the green belt area with 19 grade Ii listed buildings. The loss of BMV farmland and loss of habitat will be devasting. The greater Manchester community need green belt land for recreational purposes and Tatton Hall, Park and surrounding country estate provides that.
