I do not understand why this is a separate category. It must be considered in conjunction with all other transport and housing policies. What is the point of adding sustainable transport as an afterthought? If I was buying a new house I would want to know that I could cycle/walk to work, shops, schools, station. Not have it considered as an afterthought.
