Local plan scoping consultation

Dear Spatial Planning Team,
I write to object formally to the plans submitted for the allocation of a 291.03-Hectare Area, around Ashley (12 adjoining sites totalling 291.03 hectares) to housing development.
I shall not insult you by copying and pasting a letter that describes planning law and guidance that I do not have a clear understanding of. I trust however that you will consider carefully the technical objections raised by the Keep Ashley Green campaign.
I have considered all of the aspects that they will have raised with you and agree largely.
In particular:
The area is productive farmland. A glance at the current heat stricken new bulletins will demonstrate that we need every bit of available farmland and cannot afford to lose this.
The transport infrastructure is inadequate at present. The roads in this area are all small country lanes (except of course for the M56). If houses were to be built here the footprint would inevitably have to expand to lay down new roads to lead into the development. This will impact on areas beyond the immediate housing developments. Hale village would be impacted significantly. I can imagine that the restaurant owners and shopkeepers may be happy, but this huge influx of cars and customers would overwhelm the village which is already difficult to drive through.
I cannot give exact figures but the local schools are already oversubscribed. I anticipate that there would need to be consideration of additional school places in the development, thereby either reducing the available land for houses or expanding further. The same applies to GP surgeries.
I realise that we need more housing in the UK but question whether green belt of this nature is the ideal location for this. Having read the Government Guidance on Green Belt assessment I struggle to see how this area of land could conceivably be considered as grey belt.
Not the concern of the planners I suppose but having walked across the area last night the houses will get a lot of motorway noise unless extensive motorway sound abatement procedures are introduced.
In the light of the above I formally request that you reject this application.
