After looking through the documents, we wish to say the following:

There is not the infrastructure in place to accommodate all the sites mentioned for Alsager. My wife has had to wait over 3 weeks for a doctors appointment.

There are not enough NHS dentists to look after the additional people. The local schools (particularly primary schools are full to capacity and the secondary is nearly full).

It would make more sense to ensure that the Borough has empty homes brought back into occupation and all Brownfield sites used before Green Belt sites are even considered.

We are particularly concerned regarding the three sites behind Heathend Road, Alsager, with some of the land being previously used as landfill sites. Building here would lose valuable countryside and the local wildlife would be lost.
