I object to 291.03-hectare Ashley submission (12 sites) in the Cheshire East
SHELAA. These sites must be classified as Unsuitable and Undeliverable
• Green Belt Breach: As strategic "wash-over" Green Belt preventing sprawl between
Greater Manchester & Cheshire, it fails national "Grey Belt" release criteria.
• BMV Agricultural Loss: Destroys Grade 2 & 3a Best & Most Versatile
farmland protected for food security.
• Hierarchy & Infrastructure: Unsustainable location lacking transport, utilities,
surface-water drainage, & basic services.
• Heritage & Safety Harm: Conflicts w aviation safety zones, exacerbates River Bollin
flood risks, & damages ancient woodlands and 19 Listed Buildings.
