Dear Sit/Madam

I am writing I responding to the local plan intended for Alsager. I oppose all building on any of the green spaces which includes farmland - we have unused warehouse site put up for 5 years now you should use that site instead and the quarry and old garden centre site should be used. Alsager lacks tje infrastructure for new build and is alredd add y in significant decline in the state of the roads, the verges, rubbish, dirty signs , lack of school places, dentists doctors the additional traffic and the locations make it far worse in the pooosed locations etc. Alsager has a unique rural location and well known for its green spaces. With the lack of any proposed additional infrastructure I am against the new build proposals. Of course w know traditionally you will just go ahead with them and ignore local people and build on green spaces that can never be reclaimed. Try in the future to find non green spaces like the warehouse site which was poorly planned and a redundant site.
