Local plan scoping consultation

I formally object to the 291.03-hectare Ashley submission (12 sites) in the Cheshire East SHELAA.
These sites must be classified as unsuitable and undeliverable because:
• Green belt breach: As strategic "wash-over" Green Belt preventing sprawl between Greater Manchester and Cheshire, it fails national "Grey Belt" release criteria.
• Agricultural land loss will irreparably destroy the best and most versatile farmland which is protected for food security
• Infrastructure: Unsustainable rural location lacking transport, utilities, surface-water drainage, and basic services.
• Heritage and safety harm: Conflicts with aviation safety zones, exacerbates River Bollin flood risks, and damages ancient woodlands and nineteen listed buildings.
