On top of the above mentioned conditions, we don’t have the conveniences for these types of developments in and around Hale, HaleBarns, Mobberley or Knutsford, these areas don’t have the facilities to cope with the extra footfall, doctors, dentists etc..

I formally object to the 291.03-hectare Ashley submission (12 sites) in the Cheshire East
SHELAA. These sites must be classified as Unsuitable and Undeliverable:
• Green Belt Breach: As strategic "wash-over" Green Belt preventing sprawl between
Greater Manchester and Cheshire, it fails national "Grey Belt" release criteria.
• BMV Agricultural Loss: Irreparably destroys Grade 2 and 3a Best and Most Versatile
farmland protected for food security.
• Hierarchy & Infrastructure: Unsustainable rural location lacking transport, utilities,
surface-water drainage, and basic services.
• Heritage & Safety Harm: Conflicts with aviation safety zones, exacerbates River Bollin
flood risks, and damages ancient woodlands and 19 Listed Buildings.
