I object to the above development.

No matter what they say, the developers will not build and staff the local services needed and the residents will rely on services whether these be shops and restaurants or public services such as doctors, dentists, hospitals and transportation in Altrincham and Hale.

The rates income will go to Cheshire East which is totally unfair.

I run an OAP cycling group and this development will curtail our safe riding due to the huge amount of traffic it will attract in addition to spoiling the views of the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
