OBJECT TO ALLOCATION FOR HOUSING.

Ref previous refusals for development of housing on this land, in particular APP/R0660/W/15/3027388.

1. Virtually all housing would be subject to noise levels above 60 dB(A).
2. Quality of life would be affected by noise having a significant effect on residents daily activities
3. Significant adverse effects on quality of life could not be avoided by mitigation measures
4. Conflict with paragraphs 109, 120 and 123 and a core Framework planning principle to always seek to secure a good standard of amenity for all future occupants of
buildings

The area of land lies within the Green Belt and the Mobberley Conservation Area (MCA). Allocation for housing constitutes inappropriate development in the Green Belt and do not fall within the forms of development set out at paragraph 90 of the National Planning Policy Framework
