As I have stated already current Policing levels will not be sufficient with the planned growth and therfore the safety of people in East Cheshire will get worse.

There is no mention of social housing. We have seen time and time again that type of housing being defered to other areas. It can be seen on many of the recent devopments that houses are built in blocks of fiteen or less which negates under the planning regulations the requirement of mixed housing as stated below. There has to be clear boundaries in planning that a developmemt area must include plans for all the houses as a block so that the larger sites follow the developmemt of the needs of those needing houses.

You have explained the population on East Cheshire below and Macclesfield has a population of 55,200, the second largest town. However we do not have a fully functioning Police Station in the town (part-time at best) If the governent figures are correct with regard to population growth over the next few years how is that going to be managed as the towns will be expanded first??? Infrastructure again, increasing populations must require more numbers in Police, NHS for starters.This cannot be ignored, the less we see police on the streets the more lawless these areas will become.

We have developmemts of a hundred house or more within cheshire east with no access to park areas in their local vicinity. All that we have go back to Victorian times, should we not be planning for new green spaces as our towns get larger and those green spaces disappear. Housing is a key issue but so is mental welfare where we do not have to drive to a Stately home or up into the Peak district to enjoy the greenery of the land.

Connectivity should also be reflected at a local level. We are now seeing side roads into built up areas becoming "rat-runs" for traffic travelling through Macclesfield (north south) at peak times. New developments (and NO local employment) will only see this get worse and congestion increase. Serious consideration must be considered on futeure development.

I fully appreciate for big buisness development plans however please do not overlook the small start up businesses who can start off small and grow in employment and size. Any Local Plan must be local and global, keeping a town alive is having its residents working and living locally and spending their money locally.

How well will this be controlled?? We have recently seen in the Prestbury Road development that because the green belt land was not treated as a "whole" and therefore the plan has gone a head.Green belt must be treated as a whole and not a parcel, this leaves land open to creeping development by stealth and flies in the face of the regulations. Grey belt is a useful as long as it does not impinge on the community, loss of green space which is sadly lacking in most new developments. Grass/ trees on a site soakaway is not green space.

I fully apprecaite there has to be a plan but based on previous plans what has been significantly missing is the insistance and overseeing of infrastructure, services (medical and public) and commercial growth ALONGSIDE housing developments, and not allowing the developers to defer until later. That is why we are in the current situation. With the current national population rising fater than ever there there is deep concern in all quarters that 5 year reviews on proposed 15 year plan (20302045) means that plans will be down graded as soon as they are set. Existing planning permissions properly accounted for

I fully appreciate the need for more housing is this based on rising poulation in this area? If that is the case where is the employment development we are loosing more jobs in the area than we are gaining. Proof of provision of new infrastruture where we do not have sufficient hospital beds,doctotrs, dentists, helath hubs for the existing population. Wate management,how several recycling centres havealready been closed and Danes Moss Recycling centre has a limited life on current levels, What impact plan is there for increased housing over the next 15 years on waste.Water and sewage capacity up?
