Social infrastructure does not appear to receive the appropriate level of priority in the plan making process.
There should be a clearer defined strategy in regard to the community infrastructure levy. This should be a significant element in delivering social infrastructure.

Residents of an ever growing driving cars around the are to a waste site cannot be in accord with any commitment to climate change. The south side of CE needs a waste recycling facility closer than Macclesfield.
