You have 2 development areas planned for Prestbury. One of Prestbury Lane/London Road and the other off Heybridge Lane. This will bring an inordinate amount of additional traffic to Heybridge Lane and the top of Prestbury Lane, where it is already a problem area due to the width of the road. There is no way Prestbury Land and Heybridge Lane will be able to cope with this amount of traffic unless something is done to widen Prestbury Lane and traffic calming measures brought into Heybridge Lane. These plans have already been declined, it’s another example of Cheshire Easts sneaky style.
