Planning needs to be commensurate with local needs and be supported with appropriate infrastructure - i.e roads/schools/medical. Planning needs to considered, practical and appropriated for local communities - i.e. building on, or close to main arterial networks and NOT in built up communities, with already excessive traffic flows and parking issues; communities that currently attract high volumes of visitor traffic and exacerbate inherent community congestion. Do not impose stress, on already overstressed communities!
