I live on the A523, since you built the nearby By Pass, traffic has increased by about 60% making it more difficult to exit my House due to the traffic increase. ! I look at your proposed future house planning and just assume that no-one in planning has ever visited the area..!! The Roads cannot take more capacity, some Flood every year, building on the proposed scale is utter Lunacy, not to mention siting houses on known Flood sections..!! I suggest that far more in depth research is required before creating a massive mistake...!!
