Dear Sir/Madam,

I find you identifying this area as part of your 15 year plan even before any planning has been officially forwarded to be very suspicious.
In an overview it’s seems that you are already giving the proposed developer favour before any real consultation has taken place, how can this be a fair and open process?
I feel that you doing this requires some legal attention and I will be forwarding this to my legal representative for advice.
It’s seems yet again CEC places scant regard for the people that vote you into your positions and pay your salary, very little information has been placed into the public domain and with a call for any feed back before 1 September once again this seems to me to be totally biased to the developer.
I will be in touch further and won’t let this disgraceful behaviour go unnoticed.
