Representation Summary:
I would like to comment on the large section of fields between Knutsford and Plumley put forward for development. I would like to know why this is needed when a lot of the houses on existing new developments in the town haven't been sold. This is a significant loss of rural land, and adds significant pressure to amenities and services.
