I refer you to Cheshire East Planning Application References 15/5407M and 20/3462M which were both refused by The Planning Inspectorate, in part due to Aircraft Noise Levels. These were found to exceed limits for residential development by BS and National Polices, and the World Health Organisation, and conflicted with planning policies. Your latest plan shows potential Housing and Residential planning in 'Land between Railway and Smith Lane' in Mobberley. This is located in between the above two planning referenced applications, and would also exceed noise limits for residential development.
