I live in Chelford - a formerly small village which has grown substantially over recent years as Brownfield sites were developed with support from the village. However - planning permission has recently been granted for over a hundred new build homes on farmland adjacent to the village. The recent call for sites has brought proposals for thousands more homes on Farmland around the village. Please make further contributions to the Local Plan proportionate to our size and very constrained infrastructure.
