Regarding the ground at Church Minshull, Brook Cottage and south of Cross Lane, the roads and infrastructure around there are already at breaking strain. Queues can *literally* be almost a mile long down towards Eardswick lane due to the poor planning in the road network on the Church Minshull bridge. The land surrounding Church Minshull is liable to flooding too. Total disruption to the local wildlife. I live less than a mile from Church Minshull and the roads can't take the traffic even now. It's not a good use of the space.
