I would like more bungalows being built non of the current Cheshire East planning approvals have any substantial amount of bungalows. Considering the ageing population is proven to be growing and we are living longer why are the developers being allowed to build 4 bedroom housing and social but nothing for disabled or the elderly. I think there should be a percentage like social housing say 30% + of all new developments must be bungalows.
