Representation Summary:
The respondent, represented by Satplan Planning Consultants, confirms continued support for the allocation of two previously submitted sites as housing allocations within the emerging Cheshire East Local Plan. Reference is made to earlier representations submitted through the March 2026 Call for Sites exercise (Forms ID 276 and 277). The respondent supports policies and options within the Scoping Consultation that would facilitate the allocation of these sites for future residential development. It is noted that more detailed planning representations will be submitted at later stages of the Local Plan process to further demonstrate the suitability of the sites. The response seeks to reaffirm the client's support for their inclusion.

Planning representations were submitted by Satplan Planning Consultants, on behalf of our client, in respect of both parcels of land in response to the Council’s earlier Call for Sites exercise in March 2026. I attach copies of both representations (Forms ID 276 and 277 respectively), for your ease of reference.
Our client simply wishes to confirm his continued support for both of these sites to be formally allocated as future housing sites in the Council’s new Local Plan process. Accordingly, he wishes to support all options and policies in this Scoping Consultation exercise which would positively support these objectives.
Please note that my client proposes to submit further, more detailed, planning representations, supporting the allocation of these two sites as future suitable housing sites during the remainder of the overall Local Plan consultation process.
