My overall concern here is that CEC, despite it seeking inputs does not demonstrate that it actually listens to what is said. It is very disheartening as a resident to be invited to give a view and for those views to be, apparently, ignored.
CEC is asked that, whatever decisions it makes to give a rationale. We don't have to agree politically on whatever is decided but CEC owes it to residents to explain why certain decisions are made.
