Concerns areas 11 and 12 Alsager local plan:

Sewerage capacity: issues on Stables estate with both pumping stations, often have sewage flow back into toilets, united utilities are to fix issues on station, still ongoing.

Does area has capacity for more sewerage:

Water pressure already exceedingly poor:

Area 12 on map contains a natural watercourse floodplain

Past sink hole issues on Close Lane opposite:

Owner has tried to alter watercourse by building dam at end of culvert from our estate.
