13.1 says that "The Local List will be monitored and updated on an on-going basis to take account of new information that is available about specific assets that would justify its inclusion or removal ", so what is meant by 8.1 ie a "full review" every five years? What's the difference?

Bridgemere Farm
Cottages on Dingle Lane
